1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and cybersecurity advisory services offered by Betach Security. By accessing our platform or engaging our security auditing services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Rules of Engagement & Authorized Testing

Penetration testing and vulnerability scanning services are performed strictly under authorized, executed Rules of Engagement (RoE) agreements signed by authorized client representatives. Unauthorized security testing against systems not explicitly listed in an executed statement of work is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All methodology frameworks, custom audit tools, website design elements, and research published by Betach Security remain the intellectual property of Betach Security. Client vulnerability audit reports generated under contract belong exclusively to the purchasing client.

4. Limitation of Liability

Betach Security provides advisory services based on professional security engineering standards. Security audits provide a point-in-time risk assessment and do not guarantee immunity from future zero-day threats or sophisticated state-sponsored attacks.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws. Any disputes arising from cybersecurity engagements shall be settled through binding arbitration.
